アムステルダム、台北、2021年5月18日 - Stellantis NV (NYSE / MTA / Euronext Paris: STLA) (以下「ステランティス」)とHon Hai Precision Industry Co., Ltd. (以下「フォックスコン」)(TPE: 2317)は、その子会社であるFIH Mobile Ltd. (HKG: 2038)とともに、Mobile Driveを設立するための非拘束の覚書(non-binding memorandum of understanding)に署名したことを発表しました。Mobile Driveは、高度な家電製品、HMIインターフェース、サービスによって実現される革新的な車内ユーザーエクスペリエンスを提供すべく、開発スケジュールを加速させることを目的とした50/50の議決権を持つジョイントベンチャーです。

Mobile Driveでは、ステランティスのグローバルな車両設計およびエンジニアリングの専門知識とフォックスコンの日進月歩で進化するスマートフォンや家電製品のソフトウェアおよびハードウェアの領域におけるグローバルな開発力を融合します。この組み合わせにより、Mobile Driveは、車内外でシームレスに接続された車内情報およびエンターテイメント機能のあらたなフロンティアを提供するグローバルな取り組みの最先端に位置することになります。
